FORTITUDE: The Iron Outpost Experience — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to FORTITUDE: The Iron Outpost Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • The following refund schedule applies to all bookings and ticket categories: 
    • 100% refund available through February 1, 2026
    • 50% refund available February 2-28, 2026
    • After February 28, 2026, all purchases become non-refundable (transfers to approved participants at discretion of retreat hosts only) 
  • Your retreat spot is not secured until full payment is received.

2. Travel 

  • We have partnered with our preferred travel agent, Kari Hurd, owner of Chasing Flow Travel Co,. LLC for this event, as both our Retreat Coordinator and on-site administrative and logistical support. Please note the following: 
    • Chasing Flow Travel Co. is available to assist with flights and accommodations and has worked to form partnerships with preferred hotels in the area. It would benefit to use her services if possible to plan and book your round trip travel and accommodations, as she is able to secure special rates. 
    • Chasing Flow Travel will contact all participants via email and/or phone for logistical coordination purposes, to secure booking information for those who choose to travel on their own without using travel services. This is for your convenience, and convenience of the retreat hosts, to ensure a streamlined experience for all participants. 
    • Should you choose to book on your own and/or not stay in one of our preferred hotels, please note it will be your responsibility to secure your own transportation to and from the retreat location if you are unable to meet at designated times and location for shuttle. 
    • A welcome packet will be sent to all approved and registered participants that will include follow-on instructions, a packing list, and travel information, including contact info for Chasing Flow Travel Co. 

3. What’s Included

  • General Admission includes all training, daily lunch and dinner, and group transportation to and from a pickup/drop-off site near the retreat location, but does not include lodging or flights.
  • VIP bookings include onsite accommodations and additional, elevated perks, all meals and a private sunset cruise on Lake Ray Hubbard with retreat hosts and other VIP ticketholders on welcoming day. 
  • A full breakdown of inclusions is listed on your ticket description.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own physical health and readiness to participate in all retreat activities.
  • You agree to communicate any injuries, allergies, or limitations in advance.
  • You agree to behave respectfully toward all guests, facilitators, and staff.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • This retreat involves physical training, cold immersion, heat exposure, breathwork, and mobility exercises as well as yoga and therapeutic sound bath. 
  • You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • By attending, you waive any claims against the hosts, Fortitude: The Iron Outpost Experience, Iron Stronghold LLC, facilitators,
    the Iron Outpost venue, Chasing Flow Travel Co. LLC, and associated parties for injuries, loss, or illness arising from participation.

6. Liability Waiver

  • All attendees must complete a signed liability waiver prior to arrival. A link will be provided in a follow on welcome packet email that will be sent to all registered and paid in full participants.
  • Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Media Release

  • By attending, you consent to photo/video content being captured during the event.
  • We may use this content for future promotional materials. 

8. Cancellation Policy

  • This is a rain-or-shine event. 
  • In the rare event of a host cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, illness, pandemic), we will offer a future credit or date, or refund. 
  • No refunds will be issued if the attendee fails to appear or complete onboarding requirements.

9. Additional Terms

  • FORTITUDE is a private, selective enrollment wellness event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not aligned with the spirit of the retreat, or those we feel would be a liability due to certain medical conditions. 
  • These terms are subject to change with notice.
