• Onsite bunk room (twin premium bed) with shared bath

Note: This is a shared room. You will be paired with another approved guest of the same sex. We match roommates thoughtfully to ensure comfort and compatibility.

Important Notes:

• Flights are not included.
• Our preferred travel advisor is Kari Hurd, owner of Chasing Flow Travel Co., who will be in contact with all approved and paid in full applicants to either arrange travel if requested, or to collect your booking details for logistical coordination purposes. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

On or before February 1, 2026: 100% full refund.

February 2 - February 28, 2026: 50% refund.

After February 28, 2026: Non-refundable (transfers to approved participants at the discretion of retreat hosts only)

During the nonrefundable period (after February 28th), you may request a one-time transfer of your spot to another approved participant. All transfers must be submitted in writing and approved by the retreat hosts. 

If the event is canceled by the organizers for any reason, you will receive a future credit or full refund of your payment.
